샌프란시스코 한국문화원에서는 청소년과 일반 성인(외국인)을 대상으로 한국어 강좌를 실시합니다.
모든 수업은 전문적인 지식을 가진 강사진에 의해 진행되며, 학생들은 한국어 수업을 통해 한국의 언어뿐만 아니라,
역사, 관습, 문화등에 관해서도 배우게 됩니다.
Korean Language Program (KLP)
The Korean Cultural Center of San Francisco offers its Korean Language Program for students of all ages.
All of our classes are taught by well-qualified instructors, who teach not only the language but also history,
customs, and cultures of Korea.
The
Korean Cultural Center is pleased to announce its offering
the Korean Language Program (KLP). This program is part of the
Korean Education Center sponsored initiative to give other language
speaker access to learn the Korean language and its culture.
Complete the form below and it is tuition free to those accepted
applicants.
KOREAN
LANGUAGE PROGRAM
Emphasizing
speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, the language
program’s balanced and thorough approach instills in the student a
greater understanding and appreciation for Korean culture. The KLP
provides five levels of Korean language classes ranging from
beginning to advanced. The courses extend over a semester of twelve
sessions and classes meet, once a week, for a total of 21 hours.
Currently open to the beginner's level and classes begin November and
run through January. Limited class size will be allowed for more
interaction with the instructor and other students. Taught by a
certified instructor.
Korean
I
This
Class introduces students to the fundamentals of the Korean language,
including the Korean alphabet, Hangeul, basic vocabulary and
elementary conversation.
(No
prerequisites or prior Korean language experience required).

Korean
II
This
class focuses on helping students master pronunciation, vocabulary,
sentence structure and basic conversation in Korean. Incoming
students should already know the Hangeul

Korean I or placement exam)

ELIGIBILITY
Applications
are invited from anyone who is interested in learning the Korean
language and its culture. Due to a strong demand of the program, a
limited number space will be allotted on a first-come, first-served
basis.

REGISTRATION
FEE
This
program is tuition free but there is a fee for $55.00 and this covers
the text book and class material and one year KCCSF student
membership, which allows you to access all KCCSF program with free or
special discount. This will occur for the accepted applicants.
