The special performance is proudly presented by the Korean Cultural Center of San Francisco (KCCSF) on February 2, 2010. With its theme, the Sound of Korea, KCCSF has invited a Korean traditional music orchestra ensemble (Director, Yoen-Sub Yang), organized with 30 well-known musicians/professors from Han Yang University in Seoul, S. Korea and Hearan Chung, a local Korean Dancer/Choreographer for an amazing and unique evening of music and dancing.
Han Yang University Korean Traditional Music Orchestra has been one of the top-rated universities and professors ever since its establishment in 1973. With this university’s fabulous performing team, KCCSF will create a rare opportunity to provide the essence of both traditional and contemporary elements of Korean music. This celebration will include costume and traditional food display as well.
